W. Gregory Golson, an AV rated attorney, formed his own firm in 2007. The firm represents clients in commercial law matters including business transactions, general corporate law, contracts, real estate and financing transactions. The firm is also authorized to issue real estate title insurance.

Prior to forming W. Gregory Golson, P.A., Mr. Golson was a partner in a Tampa, Florida based firm representing clients in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations. As a result, Mr. Golson has the experience and expertise to represent creditors, prospective purchasers, and lenders in bankruptcy related matters and business workouts.
